What I was wondering as far as the propane at your stove goes is the Coleman stove you used requires a small hard line that attaches to the side of the stove and then to a small disposable propane canister keeping the canister at its proper angle. Were you able to replace the pipe that goes between the canister and the stove or in your case, the manifold and the stove? I prefer the Coleman stove, but have not been able to convert this pipe to a soft line.

Thanks.
Jeff

I still use the small hard line from stove. The rubber line just attaches to it instead of a bottle. The problem with replacing the hard line is it is the regulator for the stove.

Exactly. the regulator doesn't have to be at an angle, you just use the hose adapter. Here is what he is talking about.

Yes, that is what I thought. I wish I could find a stove that I could run a soft line into that ran on 11" WC. I can modify a Partner Steel stove to suit my needs except it needs 25 PSI of propane!
Thanks.

Suspension pic request. Do you have any side view pictures of the trailer with the new suspension before and after the lift? I am just wondering how much lower the new suspension is vs the original prings vs the final setup.

I did not take any shots of the height changes as i went thru the swaps. The original height of frame above ground was 17 inches on YJ springs SUA. Installed the Timbren it went to 15 inches to frame. Added the 3 inch block out and its at 18.5 frame to ground.

Took the trailer out and about today for the first time since change ..it handles very well tracks well and no bouncing at all.

I didn't see it mentioned so far, so I thought I would ask.

With the recessed area for the camp stove being fit and trim with the stove itself on 3 sides, how do you go about hooking up the LP line to the side of the stove?

After rebuilding my Jeep and taking all summer doing it .. I finally got to use my trailer for a few days. Was awsome and worked well.

I am very interested in how you sealed your doors, could you describe what gasket material and how is it fixed. Is it on the main part of the body or on the door. Also the latches look very good too, where did you get them?

thanks in advance

Have not updated this for quite some time.
Managed to get out and use it last year a few times. One thing that was happening on FSR's my AT style tires were peppering (sandblasting) the fenders and front of the frame something awful.

Solution i rubber guarded the front of frame and the front half of my fenders and side of trailer inside fender area.. Also made up a set of removable mudflaps for jeep.

I will be doing a couple of longer trips this summer so next up is a swing out rear tire carrier for a spare and a couple plumbing changes for my on-board water system.

Now that it has some miles on her, what is your opinion of the suspension you chose?
What kind of roads do you travel off road?
How does it act at slow speeds and on a fast washboard?
Looks good. I noticed you did not do brakes. Are the jeeps brake enough for you or are electric brakes in your future?
Thanks.
