The cooler/fridge will be in the back of the jeepthe one disadvantage to wanting lighter trailer i guess .. in hindsight i could fit it in the storage area.
Shorter wiring run
I was pondering something like this guy http://www.madventurecamping.com/html/features.html. Given your current layout, it looks like that arrangement would give you too high of a counter height. Great space underneath your pull-out for storing long stuff.

Yes the counter height as it sits now with 33" tires on the frame will be around 32" off the ground. My wife is not very tall and anything higher will be a disadvantage to her half the reason for building this platform is to encourage her to come Wheeling more she dislikes sleeping on the ground and not having creature comforts.
There will be 2 pullout drawers below counter as well as 3 above. as well as a counter extension going to the left for barbaque/workspace.I have about 24" of depth in that area so lots of storage space. longer items such as poles etc. will store ahead of the kitchen area cross wise in 4" tubes above where water tank will sit.
Nice trailer setup with that mad adventure.

Small update ..
Doing alot of internal bits and pieces. Once i pick up the RTT i will close the top so its easier at this stage to do it. Time consuming to say the least.
Made 1/8" spacers for around door area, will sandwich between other skin and inner lip to provide a bit more clearance for the neoprene seals.
Then made the 1/2" inner lip.
Then installed the pair, the 1/8" one is same size as the opening.
so it does not really show.
worked on water tank area.. built up floor for tank with 1" spacers that do not go full width, in the event of a tank leak the water will be able to flow across the area to a drain at either side. not installed will install when i finished the glass work. area filleted ready for glass.
Removable bulk head cut and fitted.in the event something happens to tank it will be easily removable. the pump and fitting will be at the small hatch opening.
Thats about it for now ..need to do some more filleting work and glassing inside and it will be done. Then back onto the galley i hope..

Been a bit since i updated this ..
Since last i have finished sealing and filleting inside of trailer.
Picked up my trailer frame pieces and water tank and RTT.
Installed the tank ran the pre-wiring so i can close up lid work up mount points for the RTT and glass it up.
I am really happy with the CVT RTT i bought very nice workmanship and the size is perfect.

Very nice work! :clapsmile Love seeing timber work for these things. I see you are using epoxy and glass to finish the box. How did you put the main box together? Did you epoxy (stitch and glue method) them or wood glue and screw? The ply for the big drawer on the left seems pretty thick and may weigh a bit?
The curved top works well giving you space to run wiring etc and adds a more refined look. Again, nice stuff. :sombrero: Look forward to seeing the rest of it come together.

Thxs Indie ... i used epoxy with adhesive additive and screws to put the basic box together. The shot of the drawer is an optical illusion . 90% of the Ply used is 3/8" thick .with a weight of 1.2 lbs. per/sq.ft.

Finally started to close it up. Got the first layer of plywood on the top,went well and followed the curve nicely with min clamping.

your build isn't the first to use sliders for pull out's... (drawers, sinks, etc.)
but I was wondering how well these mech. slides hold up to the beating/vibrations a trailer receives, rolling a washboard fire road or some moderate trail work ?
heck... I can't even keep the stupid drawers in muh kitchen from falling apart...

Actually the full extension drawer slides stand up to abuse quite well as long as you spend the extra dollar and buy heavy duty style. very close tolerance of the mechanism itself when closed there is little to no play. so traveling should not be an issue. Personally i think its the fastener to the drawer itself that might loosen itself off over time. But a little polyurethane (sikaflex) will take care of that.
