I would encourage you to reconsider using Flash. More and more people are using Ipads and phones. many people now block Flash . I think less is more in this case and given your market you just don't need it. Focus on good content specs instructions ease of ordering and customer service short lead times. Excuse my lack of punctuation ....using my iPad BTW....... I ordered the Expo rack today. looking forward to getting it sooner than expected. Now that's where I would put my money! Thanks and best of luck to you

I see what is happening here...

If they remove flash, then someone (their flash specialist) potentially loses his job.

Haha just kidding... unless its true.

This rack looks great! I was always curious why no one else had tried to design a rack around the factory bars rather than over top of them.

I am also curious about the front fairing and if it is removable?

Since we're all picking on his website, it might be worthwhile to note that many image hosting sites (ie: photobucket) are blocked by company firewalls. I can't see the pics posted in this thread from work (public education).

Hmm get a well used and in need of repaint SD or get a new Bajarack for pretty much the same money-kind of an easy choice. Thanks for bringing this out-my DI build is in need of a rack.

I like the shape.

What I don't like is the plastic Baja Rack piece -- I assume those are bolts holding it in place? Can it be removed easily?

Is the Baja Rack logo vinyl? Or stenciled paint?

I'm not a huge fan of it either, but one can't blame them for stamping thier product with thier brand name. It would be hard for me to find any product that I own that doesn't have a name on it. If I recall correctly the fairing is made of aluminum and is probably no big deal to repaint for a low-profile look.

how about once again placing the load bearing supports over the pillars? should i post up the pm i sent about a year ago after you asked me what i thought was wrong with it?

You can take the logo'ed faring off easily. It just bolts on.

This is the best looking Disco rack I have seen outside of the Safety Devices factory unit.

p.s. great pics, right there, too! I'd love to get a rack that mounts like that, on my XJ, rather than with loadbars...

I agree with BIGdaddy is there a way you can make a rack mount to the rain gutters and is as low to the roof as possible. If so that would be awsome and I would be in line to buy one.:coffeedrink:
