It sounds like a full roll cage and an automatic fire extinguisher system would be a good idea.:sombrero:
Please explain the shock revalve,as I don't know anything about higher end stuff like you have.
I am also interested to see what you do about bumpers as I am looking too.Right now I am thinking Buckstop or ARB for the front. It seems like the ARB mounts the lights further back on the horizontal bar,I like that,I also like how the Buckstop mounts lights in cutouts on the bumper.I have been waiting for AEV to get their rear bumper with tire carrier to market, their stuff seems to take years to make.:violent-smiley-031:
Looks like you had some fun out there.
Trophy, your truck is sick.
This thread has provoked a ton of inspiration for my new rig! Question for you, suspension setup? I will not be pushing my truck to levels in which you are, which has me torn on which Thuren or Carli kit to go with. It is my DD and family Expo rig, but with small children it doesn't get ragged on. I want a capable, comfortable setup. Also with your delete, suspension and 37 what kind of MPG are you getting?
Anyway man, I really have enjoyed this build thread!

I'll chime in here as I have experience daily driving the Thuren setup.. I have the 2" springs on a CTD 2nd gen (3.0" lift), with Thuren Fox 2.0 shocks.. and it rides very smoothly across highway separators, potholes, road grooves, and especially well on forest services roads and bumpy road at speed. Don nailed the high and low speed compression for the shocks as it corners very stable on the road and is exceptionally plush on small and medium bumps anywhere above maybe 20km/h. Even with my 35" tires at 45-50psi in the front for the road, the small bump sensitivity leaves nothing to be desired, so I would 100% recommend Thuren. I have no experience with Carli, but I am inclined to continue supporting a smaller operation like Don's over a more popular go-to like Carli.
