I'm in Tahoe right now, trailers are required to have chains on anytime chain controls are in effect. I own tire chains for my D15 but I've never actually used them. You may want to wait until Friday afternoon after the storm has passed. I have seen people in the past storms with small trailers with chains on them so that they're able to assist with breaking. Thanks
yeah I think i'll do that ... scoped out kingsbury grade the other day and it looked as if it could be quite challenging going east in snowy/icy conditions ... but I do still need to get some chains ... to carry just in case ... I suppose any old 16 inch chains will do..I'm in Tahoe right now, trailers are required to have chains on anytime chain controls are in effect.
