The response has been overwhelming, both from the participants and vendors. I apologize for the slight delay on the launch, as our final permit was about a week delayed and a key team member was pulled away for a family emergency. All is back on track, and sign-ups will launch Monday morning!

Did you by chance hear from the Salt Lake contact we had discussed earlier this year? Let me know if there is anything I can do to help make it happen!

Yes I did Kurt. I want to thank you very much for making that introduction. We had a good talk yesterday - exciting things will come from it I am sure.

This is sounding GREAT ! :victory: :bike_rider: :smiley_drive:  :sombrero:

Excellent, I'm excited to hear more. The MMP facility is an amazing venue and they are adding a significant amount to their off-road facility in preparation for WEROCK's western and national final events later this year. We recently hosted CruiserFest and a BFGoodrich corporate training gig there and have General Tire there next month... I see a regional ExPo fitting right in

Pre-Registration is LIVE

We have launched pre-registration for ExPo members, and it is available in the secure shopping cart. Payment can be made by major CC or PayPal.

This is a pre-registration, as final details on the training courses and guest speakers are being finalized. As a result, we are discounting pre-registration by $15 per person through the end of July. This is for individual attendees. The family pack has additional discounts already applied.

This requires a coupon code, which is only available to ExPo members. You can obtain the code here (you must be logged into the forum):

There are two ways to pre-register: Remember the days of the Expedition Trophy. There are only 190 available slots, which is only 95 couples. These will sell out quickly.

Family Pack: Two adults and dependent children and all four nights of camping. Access to all available event functions. $200 ($250 if paid separately)

Individual Registration: For individual attendees, or those staying only a few days/nights. Ala Carte option. Camping must still be booked in advanced and paid for by the night. $85 per person. Be sure to use the coupon code above, which discounts the pre-registration by $15 per person.

There are no day passes available, as this will be a closed to the public event requiring pre-registration.

More details on presenters and available courses soon. Course availability will be assigned priority based on registration number and group. The sooner you register, the better group priority you will have.

This is going to be a fun event at a great location.

This is great!

Just registered; look forward to this event. Hollister is our backyard playground; let us know if you guys need any help w/logistics, local info, etc...!

I'm a little confused. Still early for me.

Is there a camping only option? Is that what the $18 package is?

Does the single $85 dollar package cover all days including camping and the classes?

Good question.

To attend the event, you must purchase either:

Family Package: This includes access for the entire family and camping for the entire weekend.

Individual Passes: This includes access for one person for the entire weekend, but no camping. Some may choose to camp off-site, or use a hotel, etc. Camping permits are purchased by the day, and are available here

These are small club venues, like the Land Rover National Rally, etc. We are working to keep the costs as low as possible. There are no day passes available, though someone could purchase an individual package and only stay for a day if desired.

Thanks Scott,
I need to check my dates and see if I can fit this one in.

Lord knows I need some training..

Thanks for the good question and clarification. I was under the impression that an individual pass for $85.00 included attendance and camping.

I WANT to book now, but until I get my September school schedule at the end of August, I cannot :( :( :(. I really want to compete if the schedule will allow! You'll hear from me in early Sept if it's not sold out!

I'd like to buy my pass now at the discounted rate, however I just got word today I didn't qualify for Financial Aid this fall...that means I need to pay for classes first before putting money away to make it to this event.

If I purchase my pass now and cannot get to the event is it transferable to someone else?
