Do you just take orders and then call the companies of the products just ordered, purchase, then drop ship to customer? Are there purchasing agreements with all these companies or what? Or is the buyer literally just buying a website with a bunch of product pictures and no other infrastructure at all concerning the products listed?

Yes the site is able to be ran remotely as a 100% drop ship business if desired. I have not added any products that are required to keep inventory where the manufacturer / wholesaler is not able to drop ship for you. Ideally I am looking to sell to a company that is already in the off-road / overland market whom may have most of the dealer accounts already setup. Also as is the case with all of the brands currently on the site dealer accounts can easily be setup with no buy-in as long as you have a business license / tax id number. (I am willing to assist with this if needed) Average profit margin on all the products are about 25%.

As I'm sure most know a new ecommerce site can be thrown up relatively cheap these days. Where I am placing the value on this site is the amount of development time into it - from all the SEO work that's gone into it where it ranks good on Google such as #1 for "overland vehicle parts" and the amount of products loaded, currently 8,000. That takes a serious amount of time to do. So again ideally I am looking to sell to someone already within the market who can see and understand the value of it, and be able to take it further.

I am still continuing to develop it further, adding more products, more into unique content, and further SEO work to increase its Google ranking. If I am unable to find the right buyer I plan to eventually hire on 1-2 people to help with phone sales and processing orders so that I am able to maintain my full time day gig. From experience, once an ecommerce site takes off there is no proper way to run it part time. You really need to be able to answer the phone and be available during business hours to offer proper customer service.

Through the admin of the site all functions from adding new products, processing orders, making blog posts etc. can be easily done without requiring any web development / programming knowledge. The current hosting plan is $29 a month. Shopping cart can be setup to accept both credit cards and paypal. Let me know if you have any other questions.
