I had a rock crawler and I'm changing my Jeep into an Overland Vehicle. So here's what I'm starting out with. It is completely stripped down inside and I plan on building drawers in the back with a perch in the back for my best friend and I will also be building a 4'x6' trailer to pull with me on my 2 month cross country Overland trip that starts in June.

Shortly after I installed the AJs sliders (though BFGs are now back on):

It's a family thing for me. :)

Previous "toys" include an '86 CJ7, '04 TJ, and a Suzuki DL1000. Sure miss the big V.

It came with the Jeep when I bought..I personally don't think I would have bought it and put it on myself, but since it's there, it's there. I've thought about picking up a stocker and replacing it actually.

Instead of buying one, try to trade with someone. I am sure there is someone who wants that over the stock version.

Yes! TJ, no problem

Do they make anything like that for a regular base jeep tj?

Yes! They are each custom hand made, and we offer this unit for virtually all jeeps and SUVs. Our first camper was made for an International Scout II, and our first Jeep unit was built in 1989 for my friend's CJ5!
