Looks like the tires are working well for you Ryan.:sombrero:

Yeah they are insane! Although I am actually converting the truck back to stock this coming up weekend, I really just don't do enough offroading to warrant the aggressive lift and tires. I am going to be doing quite a bit of traveling this summer, and need the rover to have better highway manners, so this weekend stock springs, shocks, sway bars and stock sized (or close) tires are going back on it.

I really wish I could swing a 2nd vehicle but right now the Land Rover has to`be good on road as well as off.

In the end though it'll still be a rover, and I'm sure I'll still be able to have some fun offroad with it :)

Hey man awesome pics! Where were those pics taken? I was in Bham about 2 weeks ago and tried to find some good trails. I ended up going behind the Hoover Met.

they're in shannon. a small area surrounded by homewood, bluff park, and bessemer. basically just get off 65 and go past wallmart on lakeshore drive. keep going until you start seeing woods. don't go on the right side of teh highway if you see trails.
i'll get you a google map:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sou...0952,-86.901855&spn=0.018199,0.04549&t=h&z=15

turn into leaf lake drive. go to the dead end, and the trail is behind the big construction sign warning people that the roads ends.

then enjoy the trail. if that's blocked off, then drive down lakeshore to the east and have fun. none of the puddles are deeper than two feet and it's all hardpacked. i usually go out alone at night, sometimes in the rain and never have problems.

Awesome! Thanks! I live in Nashville now but I am from Trussville and I am very familiar with that area. I used to street race down Lakeshore back in the day! I will be coming home to get my new lights installed and would like to check it out.
