I noticed the same thing on a different application, the Fox was just enough longer than the shock it replaced to cause issues at full bump. My suggestion would be to lop off the lower mount and get a universal mount and weld it on clocked down further. Warrior Products makes one for cheap that's like 3" long, you should be able to rotate it down a bit to gain some clearance, but be careful you don't go too far and have the body of the shock hit the axle. I did this with my Ranger so I could squeeze a 10" shock under the bed with stock upper mounts. The other option is to relocate your upper mounts either up, or slightly further away from where they are now (less ideal, because it'll upset the motion ratio of the shock more than just spinning the bottom one down a bit).
