Here's Jazzy, our White Shepard, during our Summer Solstice party last week.

She's 5 1/2 and clocked in at 83# at the Vet the other day.

She loves hopping in the Jeep and going for adventures!

She's not much for pictures, usually she rolls onto her back if she sees the camera!

That's great! I have a feeling Gus will learn to love it.

The first time in, I carried him about 8' away and "helped" him to the steps. He immediately got out, but sat right where he is in that pic. The second time in, he stayed on the top step with me for a couple minutes, then got out. I got a few pictures and video with the GoPro in the water as well.

I also had him with me on a raft and he was shaking for about 30 sec., then calmed down and seemed pretty comfortable. He'll be seeing that pool a lot and I'm expecting to have him jumping in before too long. :snorkel:

On a side note, he doesn't know how to shake himself dry very well yet. :D

I've had luck getting shy dogs in the water by going out with a good swimmer and playing fetch. competion takes over and they forget they are scared

First couple of shots testing out the "new" D70 with 18-55mm 3.5-5.6. I've got a lot to learn (read: remember as it's been about 12-15 years since I've used a real [Canon AE-1] camera) to get back into shape.

Gus got his final series of shots yesterday and weighed in at 13.4 lbs. at 13.5 weeks old.
