Custom front and rear bumpers

Just finished some bumpers for a customer last week, I tough it would be nice to share. The front will be fitted with a Tabor 9K soon.

When designing my own bumper, I remember using this thread to help me plan... so I'm bringing this thread back from the dead... here's mine!

It's based off a Kennesaw Mtn. skeleton, but otherwise fully custom, powdercoated and ready for a receiver winch.

Hands down one of the best bumpers I have seen. Amazing.

This is an ARB for a Jeep Grand Cherokee mounted on my Montero. Pretty easy to make the brackets work. Now I need a winch for it!

93BLAZER, this is an Isuzu Trooper. GM is the distributor of Isuzu and Suzuki vehicles here in Colombia. In fact this early Isuzu Troopers, Suzuki Samurais and Sidekicks were all assembled here in the same GM production line.

so here is my work in progress. it is .25 wall 2x4 boxed in welded to the frame and 5/16" plate for the winch. i run a warn 16.5 ti. The bumper is not finished as i will be building a tube structure on each side.

the rear is stock for now but will be replaced with a simple tucked up tube bumper accommodating another under bed frame mounted rear winch. prolly a 12k warn. I will be running 4-6 optima deep cycle batteries 2 for the truck and 4 for expo/winch duty which will be tied into the truck via a relay for charging and winching duty.
