Aaron, that is an impressive light upgrade. Looks like a lot of spillage (glare) on your hood though. That first photo would be kind fun in Tilt-Shift mode
My friends would love some goats! :chowtime:Nice rig, photos, and goats.
How did you wire down to the battery? I have lights on my rack and am trying to figure out the best way to do it. Would love to see some photos if you have any.View attachment 148152View attachment 148153

Nathan- I knew there was going to be spillage onto the hood because the lights are actually out in front of the cab over the windshield. Biggest concern was light on the dash in the cab which isn't much at all. I plan to do a flat black hood wrap and will play with a light deflector design.

No pictures of that but I can tell you what we did. I ran the wires in a loom to the back of my rack and then went in through the third brake light. Since I have a shell that brake light is useless. For sealing we ended up modifying a plastic electrical conduit elbow that has a nut and oring on one side. Fished the wires through the elbow, the bulb location, and then inside along the drivers side door channel.
Hardest part was removing the lens cover and brake light housing because of the camper shell and that my truck rack and shell rack are only about 4" apart. Made for tight working conditions.
Regarding noise- I noticed noise with my roof rack and lights but its not to bad. I think mud tires make significantly more noise than my racks and lights.
