Ha your telling me, I have parts destined for no less than 5 different NBS on my 02 silverado.

I swapped the tails and harness from my dads 04, then bought that valence used. I am wanting a HD hood, Z71 tahoe bumpers/ caps, and Z71 tahoe grille. The brushguard is off of a 03 Tahoe I believe.

Yes, but I broke some of the plastic push pins, sip ties took care of that though. I ordered some ebay fogs and they bolted up and use the stock connector. I like the look of the valence plus it does away with the shaky fog lights.

Did you have to use Chevrolet/GMC fog lights or were you able to buy aftermarket lights? What size, 4"? It would be great to be able to put some better fog lights on these trucks.

Yes, 4". I used some ebay aftermarket lights. I have seen some trucks that run PIAA 510 series.

My 2002 Silverado extended cab Z71, probably the most common version of the silverado. So heres what I've done to make it different.
Tahoe Z71 Valence
Suburban Z71 rims with 285/70/17 tires
HD Guage cluster with transmission temperature guage
2009 Police Pursuit Vehicle Tahoe 13" front brake swap
2003 Suburban dual piston rear brakes
Upgraded parking brake hardware
ARE cap with windoors
Clear corner marker lamps
Aux lighting switch and wiring
Derale 9000 11x9" Transmission cooler w/ Donaldson hydrualic spin-on filter
Powersteering cooler (My truck has Z71 and heavy-duty cooling but didn't have a powersteering cooler)
KYB Steering stabilizer

Future mods:
GK Torsion bars
Hydrobooster swap
Zone 1.5" Body Lift

Nice, larger rear axle too. How bigs the rear leaf pack?

Yeah it has a 14 bolt 9.5". The leaf pack is only 4 leaves on a block. I have a set of Air Rides to help when I'm towing. Hopefully a new set of Deavers are in the near future.

I'm new to Expedition Portal, it's nice to see other silverado owners here! Trying to get pics to post but I'm having problems...

Relatively new to the forum also. Was beginning to think where are all the Chevy guys. This is my rig that gets me, wife, and 5 year old some sanity. Like seeing what others do to mode their trucks.

Here's our rig. Base model with floor shift transfer case. We bought it new in '06. Currently has 56,000 miles on it. New wheels and tires coming soon, plans for a Buckstop bumper/winch combo as soon as the CFO allows me.
