anyone ever have their fuse for their brakes blow out?

mine decided to at the worst possible time this weekend, actually it wasnt the timing, it was the spot where I got stranded. put the truck into park, tehn realized it wouldnt get out of park. took me about an hour to figure out that the brakes werent working, then from there we started pulling fuses to see which ones kicked the bucket.

this all just happened to occur in Tuskegee national forest's edge, which is perhaps, one of the most crime ridden area's i've ever been in.

it was retarded of me to not start looking at fuses first, but I didnt realize that the brakes werent working while I was playing with the damn shifter and pulling parts of the center console up...

Lesson of the Day: check fuses first. and if you don't have one already, get your concealed permit and carry it. It brought me peace of mind having a .40cal on my hip.

is that why you called? sorry i didn't answer. had to take care of girlfriend problems... still in the doghouse. i'll try to answer next time.

So what have you done then - scared the ******** out of your car by showing it your gun? :REOutShootinghunter

Or did you just shoot at it? :Wow1:

is that trail the one that runs from shug (between wire and college) to longleaf over there by eagles landing?

nope. its new, but hardly a trail. only 4 of those rocky ditches. although once some rains happen they will have water in them too.

its off of wire where it intersects the road that takes you to kiesel park.

lol

it had nothing to do with the vehicle and everything to do with the area. the same place where I got stuck in park was where I had to point a shotgun at a dealer and his client in may of '08. the woods are great, but its surrounded by a very poor and less than desirable area.

damn interstate batteries, had no choice but to cave into a advanced discount auto parts battery (no optimas in stock) due to a need to get to work and go to class.

can u run dual batteries with two different brands if the performance specs are the same? i dont know enough about running duals, but it'd be nice to have the extra juice.

I also waxed the damn thing this week and cleaned about 10 weeks worth of mud, sand, and dirt off. lol didnt realize how many pin stripes, dents, and paint chips were covered up...
