Yeah they do that there. Their favorite is the JEEP spare tire cover, literally put it on everything. Every 4X4 is a JEEP to them.

I assume you are just showing you put a hitch attachment on the bed with the ball hitch.. or are you planning to leave it there? Making a little gooseneck to go along with it? :smiley_drive:

I was actually showing the whole flatdeck idea, since I saw chris b's pics of his CAD drawings. no 5th wheel was planned but I'm sure with the ball it could be done. the reciever was for my winch to attach to. I was gonna build an 'A' frame much like the older style tow trucks to sling the cable up and onto for some backtrail recovery

here's mine an 87 samurai lifted motor redone high performance and I built the roof rack and the roof top tent mounted on the trailer based on A 1953 popular mechanics magizine. redesigned it to fit my trailer. :safari-rig::victory:

Having had 4 SWB Samurai's, 2 LWB Samurai's, a 4dr Sidekick and a 2dr tin top Tracker, it made sense to get another Zuk when we sold the wife's Jetta. I present my latest acuisition as of 2.5 hours ago:

1993 Sidekick 4x4 16V Automatic with AC. Rebuilt engine, new shocks, great tires and $1200. Today was a good day.

Found it on craigslist and jumped on it. Future plans are Trail Tough trail slayer suspension, lockers, snorkel and armor.
