One has to appreciate the articulation of the proverbial soccer mom rig.

I had these jacka$$ kids come up to me at the bottom of Choke Cherry and ask me how I got the Cruiser out there. I told them the wife asked me to get a gallon of milk and I must have made a wrong turn...

I stopped by there today and he is almost done with the front bumper. I didn't have time to take any pictures, but I'll get some more tomorrow.

Looks great Jason! If you are in for a road trip and wheeling this weekend, I am heading up to Hailey to meet with J.W. and some others to go north of Ketchum and up to the old mining town of Boulder City.

Thanks Guys, It is turning out very nice.
I would love to head up there, but I don't have a Cruiser... But they are working on it! Here are a few shots of the sliders, the front bumper is complete, just need to finish up the back bumper.

Oh Yeah! Everyones favorite brown truck stopped by today and dropped these off! Raceline Bead Lock Wheels with Falken Rocky Mountain ATS wrapped around them. The wheels are 15x8 with a 3.25" back space and the tires are 35x12.50. I am going to run down to the shop tomorrow to mount them up and I will have some updated bumper pictures as well. I feel these tires have a great tread pattern and I really could not find one person bad mouthing them on the web, if you can believe that! Guess we will see how they work. The rear bumper is just about done.

so 15 inch rims fit on these 80s? I thought you had to have 16 inch to clear the calipers....

The factory wheel is 4.25" back spacing. These wheels are 3.25" back space, so 1" wider than the factory wheel. The 1" in added width and a little grinding on the calipers they fit no problem. You gotta remember i used to get paid to make things fit that were not supposed to. On average a 15" tire is about $100 cheaper, I spent way too much money on the beadlocks but I really had to have them. Plus with a beadlock you can change a tire on the trail very easily. I believe that a 15" tire rides much better than a 16"/17" wheel due to the additional sidewall. When you air the tire down you have more sidewall to absorb the bumps. It can be debated for days on end, but I have had all different size wheels on many different rigs and I feel in under a 35" tall tire a 15" wheel is much better. My decision was not solely based on the cost of tires alone.
