I have 2015 SR. How'd you decide on your suspension upgrade? I want about two inches of lift but don't want just cosmetics, I'd like capable suspension too. Also do you have airbags or add a leafs in the rear, it doesn't look like you have any sag even with gear and a bike. Any help would be great. Thanks.
I recently bought a 2016 and have been investigating this quite a bit. 2 inches of front lift really is the sweet spot on the Tundras. If you aren't loading the front end much the Bilstein 6112s look like the best bang for buck. They have adjustable preload (via snap rings), soft 600 lb springs (like the TRD Pro), and beefy and sophisticated dampers for the price. I've seen them for $550 shipped.
My truck will be loaded to the max though, so I'm looking at FatBob's coilovers ($500). The dampers aren't as good, but they have 700 lb springs and you can adjust the preload with threaded collars without removing them.
