Looks good. Are the zuk springs just not heavy enough? I think I'm going to use the stock trailer springs and 2500 lb axle.

Pretty sure these springs were on a spoa sami soo there just beat down. Trailer springs are just soo short and give that harsh ride. When i had just pulled the frame offroad the sami springs did great. New lifted miltary wrap ones are 180 bucks pretty cheap.

You raise a good point,never thought about the short springs being stiff and the bounce. The longer sami springs would definitely work better to soften the ride.

Ran the porch lights and added the insulation. Cut out the interior walls and got them tacked and glue in place.

Need to build the interior cabinets and set it than go to work on building the interior ceiling. Got some backyard electrical to finish this coming weekend soo will have to see when i can work on it again.

Might have to rename the build because my son says its his zombie fort lol. Good eye there 08silverado lol yeah I am a firefighter out here in vegas. Those jugs work great to hold motor oil in and use as weight lol.

I like the zombie fort! Sounds like something my 4 or 6 year old would name it. I'm a firefighter in Frisco Texas. Small world because we had one of the chiefs for LVFD apply for our chief position but then withdrew his app I think.
