Updates updates updates. Busy few days at the shop, lots of vans coming in & out!

Finished up a local van yesterday, we had done the partial conversion a few months ago for a local contractor. 99 E350, 7.3, 4" lift on 33" BFG's. Aluminess nerf bars and we set this rig up for towing a big Airstream trailer!



Sienna seats in a SMB Quigley van, another local rig. May be DeQuiglified soon..... The seats are so nice! We used the mounts from MG Metal Works, and we'll be selling these exclusively soon. More details as I finalize the pricing/etc.



On deck! Silver EB's patiently waiting their turn. '13 van is up next, tear down this week.



Mark in PA "DeQuiglified" his van several years ago with our kit, and he has just added some height to clear 40's! Looks great.



This upcoming week will be wide open as usual. SwissVan will be leaving for the interior work (I'll be shooting an undercarriage video 1st) BigBlack will be on the rack for some cleanup, bumper reinstall and carpet. A local brand new SMB will be in for some tweaking. V5 is getting some new parts (wheels/tires, coating on bumpers, spare tire holder, 3rd row bench seat and a storage platform) SuperVan 2.0 will be in town for a check up and fuel tank install. Local E450 Ambo will be getting gauges, tranny pan and a tuner. And the 2013 V10 will be torn down for the conversion!

Nice work Chris!!! Every passenger I've had riding in our Sienna seats has fallen into a peaceful sleep, even on short trips. My wife lasts about 5 mins before she's out cold.

Nice work Chris!!! Every passenger I've had riding in our Sienna seats has fallen into a peaceful sleep, even on short trips. My wife lasts about 5 mins before she's out cold.

Looks like I have a window in Mid July around the 15th, to head out and pick up the VAN if you can sort it all out.
Love to make it happen as my window may not be as open beyond that point.

I know if anyone can make it happen you can.

Yes, very busy! Still waiting for some parts, hope for some good progress asap. Even if it were running tomorrow I want a few weeks to shake it down and make sure everything is perfect before I turn you loose!

Busy day, busy week! SuperVan 2.0 was waiting for us when we arrived this morning. Up from FL to get a fuel tank and a full UJOR check up.



Yesterday we had a brand new SMB in the shop for some tweaks. Nothing major, just working out some bugs for him.



V4 got a good workout today hauling tires! This is just one of 4 loads.



V5 snuck on the rack late in the day for a few things. New wheels/tires, front Dynatrac diff cover, muffler, and I hope the bumpers and tire carrier will be back from powder tomorrow. Then we move to the interior. Big road trip coming up soon.
