And more!!!

Well...sorry everyone......just moved into a much bigger basecamp with a garage!

Time to get busy!!!!...Here we go!

I used a rubber grommet to seal off where the bolts go into the lid to keep the weather out!

Got the RTT all mounted up!......Still need to mount & paint the fenders black....I just rested the fender on the old mounts to give you an idea of how cool those AT fenders are!

Dude, this is so lookin' good.

Great job; very creative.

Overall, it's starting to look quite professional. I can't wait to check this out in person!

Much nicer than those factory fenders. One day the rain will stop up here and I can start catching up to you:REOutIceFishing:

Looking good!!! Are the latches mounted right to the body or is there a metal spacer behind it to stand it out some more?

Thanks guys....

The mounts are mounted to a piece of small "c" channel that gives it the right height to work out!

Back to her!!!.....Love having a garage!

-Get the fenders mounted
-Dismount and paint!!!

Nic, the trailer is looking really nice!

By the way, I notice you still have the lunette ring...
How has that worked for you so far?
Do you plan on upgrading to the (brain fart) swivel model?

Got another? Although the dimensions would be different...

The pintle hook/lunette ring IS the upgrade. The true K.I.S.S. setup.

Looking at the thread further, he opted for the lock-n-roll. I guess those are OK too.

Lock N' Roll is a great hitch setup!

I have loved mine!

Great offroad hitch!......Another great point is that the trailer becomes harder to steal if i make a basecamp for a few days.....I also do carry a 12' chain with a lock to keep the honest........honest.....

Thanks. I thought you had the lock'n'roll.
However, when I was looking at one of your pictures I thought I saw a ring...

The lock-n-roll seems fine, and true, it would be much harder to steal. It is just to "busy" with more potential failure points for my tastes, especially since I am already kitted out with the pintle hook.

Please realize that I mean no ill will. I work in an industry that does failure analysis and I just think simplicity. It is how I am programmed.
