Awesome Build! How hard was the side molding to remove? Any bolt holes under it?

No holes, just glued on. Just takes a bit of time to clean all the glue off. Used a Goo gone type stuff

Do you have any more pictures of the tire carrier build? That's pretty much exactly what I want to do to mine (mine is currently a single arm style).
