Hope these are OK. Some early build pics. One showing the plug being built and the full body mould that was taken from it. Another just after the paintwork and one of the drivers door way being formed. You can sort of get an idea about the engine location and obviously the access is not as good as a tilt cab but certainly far better that a dual cab or one where the cab has been fixed back to the body. That is certainly something we would never do. You never know when you might have to fix something in the bush. But as I said before the interior layout was a major consideration here.

Recently I've had a chance to look at a couple late 60's, early 70's motorhomes. Nothing fancy, just typical production vehicles, but I couldn't help but notice how the integration of the drivers compartment was much better than the typical Class C van-chassis of today.
