Tucking a 33x12.5x15. Ahh yeah. Engine is done. Gotta figure out why reverse isn’t working now on the 700R4. Just installed a full manual reverse shift kit in it hmmm
Installed.........
Pictures coming tomorrow.
Next is the front shaft........................
But I will be having Tom Woods build my next front shaft. My homemade one has been working, but I'm sure its out of balance. ha ha
Driveshaft was lengthened by Tom Woods since they built it for me originally. I drove it up to them and had them do it overnight.

Exhaust is finished. Open, no muffler. Someday maybe I'll fix it. Its becoming more of rock crawler, less expo vehicle. I have my eyes set on a Defender 110 as an overlander in the future now that this is almost done. Just need to redo the driveshafts!

I’m kind of Leary of the stuff. I’ve had a few classics I’ve purchased that had the stuff on the floors. And the floors were rotten under all that stuff. It could be the fault of the sound deadening or it could just be leaking sunroofs.
Right now I’ll just try the bedliner and see how it does...
Driverside is done. Sprayed my bedliner about 1/8” thick on it. Then sprayed the rear area as well. Just need to finish up the passenger side floor now.

Driverside floor is fixed. Just waiting for the bedliner so I can coat the front floors and sound proof the front. All Range Rover owners should immediately throw away the sound deadening foam sponge that is under the carpet. All it does is collect moisture and rot out your floors!

Repair in progess. Don't judge, I'm not awesome at body repair. And getting in here is a tight fit with the pedals.
now the floor is welded in, time to fix the a pillar. Typical rust I usually see in these things. Its a pain.
Finally knocking the rear of the rust out. I’m not a professional body man. Please don’t judge. I just don’t want to be Fred Flintstone.
Driverside repair started.

I'll heat wrap it like I did on the turbo and other parts of the exhaust. Seems to work really well, my turbo is very close to the firewall and you can't feel any heat.
Ok, time to fix the last few issues and call it good. Until its axle time that is.
The new downpipe. Its getting tight in here. I have to rebuild the floor to make room for the exhaust. Center mount turbos are great, except the exhaust routing.
2.5" upsized to 3" Mandrel bent tubing...
Upgrade to some quality LED headlights and marker lights. Bearmach makes a good kit to replace the front marker and turn signal, and rear brake and turn signals. They work good, look good and other distracted facebooking drivers can see when you hit the brakes better. Some DOT Approved LED...
