My transmission lines have been fit and installed.
I'll be securing them to the frame with some rubber clamps to the frame. But I need to shorten up my battery cables for the winch and clean some stuff up on the passenger-side of the engine bay.

You can't see much of the frame with the body lift. The only thing you will have to modify is your stock bumpers.
I'll take a few more pictures today. But I don't know if you'll be able to see much since it's still in the garage

I got a lot done today.
I started with driveshafts. I combined parts of Chevy and Range Rover. I was amazed that all the parts slid into each other. It was really easy to fabricate the rear. The front took more time. I didn't take picture of the process. I never do anymore.
After the paint...
go to the junkyard. get a disco 24 spline diff and shafts. It'll work fine with the ABS and be stronger.
I did it to the front of my 1993. It had 10 spline shafts up front for some reason. I've since done it to the rear as well.
One less thing to do now. Made some mounting tabs for the aluminum radiator and then had my friend tig weld them onto the radiator. I did one of them. Can you spot it. Fits in perfect now.

Some pictures of the clean up
I didn't take a lot. I'm bad at that. I'm one of those guys that just wants to get the job done.
This NP241D has a fixed rear yoke. So that was nice. It makes it a lot shorter the the original NP205 that was on the donor truck.

Finally made some real progress on this. I resealed the transfercase. Cleaned it up and painted it. I'm looking for a parking brake solution for it as well.
Last night I got the Transfercase installed. I bench pressed it into place. I didn't want to scratch the paint with my jack. It's the...
That truck has been sale for a few years now. I had the owner send me more detailed pictures of the frame and bulkhead. Its cheap for a reason, you'll be spending a lot more on repairing all the rust then you'll pay for it. If you can't do the work yourself, its going to be very expensive...
I got some more done. Installed the radiator, fuel pump is plumbed, and started getting some other odd and ends tied up.

Had to relocate the heater lines. I didn't want rubber hose all over the engine bay. So I don't know. It'll work for now.
Just finished soldering all the pipe joints. This is it. Looks kind of funny. Need to do a build some brackets to hold it in place. Getting closer.

I'm going to have the radiator re-cored. I'm going to have the radiator inlet and outlet changed to 2". I'll also have the transmission and oil coolers taken out. I'm going to run a separate external cooler for the oil and transmission.

Alright, alternator wiring is finished, just need to figure out which wire in the engine bay is for the idiot light. I'm not sure if I care about that or not.
Finished relocating the power steering pump today.
Now I just need to find a non- hydroboost version and I can get the pulley on and aligned.
I ended up moving it about 1.5" up.
