Snapped a photo (shaky cell phone photo I guess), if you can see where my key is pointing, this is inside the hinge cover on each side. Depress the silverish colored locking pawl with a screwdriver (or key) on each side holding simultaneously (helps to have 2 people) and pull the seat out.

Timing belt.. $200 to $300 in full parts kit. Or ya pay to have somebody do it for you. Maybe $1200 +/-. If ignored and breaks, engine is toast. PM frequency is 60k miles, yours is aproaching 3x life expectancy. Id be worried. Everything else is minimal.
