    Winches!

I used to be a Warn guy. Then I bought a Superwinch Talon 12.5 and will never look back. The build quality and smooth operation is twice that of the Warn. Not to mention the specs. I'll never buy a Warn product again, save for an 8274. Most of the people proclaiming Warn as king have never used...

Daily Driver, Family, Expo all in one?

Also on the Xterra note, I dont know where you'd possibly find a "2012-2013" for $10k - to hit that budget you'll be looking at ~2008's. Which is fine, because they are mechanically identical through all years. The only difference being a small face lift (grille, bumper, headlights) about 2011...

Daily Driver, Family, Expo all in one?

You say you know Rovers. Look at an LR3. Tons of threads on this in the LR section. BTW, I love my Xterra :D People dont seem to understand that its built on the D40 platform, which is globally renowned as a very tough 4wd chassis. I bought my 2014 new and plan on keeping it for a decade.

Quaife limited slip rear diff for Xterra/Frontier C200k

:) I agree! My next set will be taller, I cant decide between a 285/75R18 Toyo MTs on OEM Titan steel rims (with adapter spacers) or 35x10.50R16 Interco SSRs. I love my KM2s though. A 285/85R16 35x11) KM2 would be my dream tire.

Quaife limited slip rear diff for Xterra/Frontier C200k

Its all relative. The truck will be at 3000rpm at 75mph. Thats similar to about every other 4x4 I've had. Also, 95% of my driving is on secondary roads at speeds under 50 anyways.

Fixed Rear Winch AND Aux Battery

You're on target and I'm working out something similar right now. Just make sure that the solenoid you select can carry the amperage. I've been looking at the Blue Sea 7620 or similar.
