It seems like a decent price. Yeah it's more than most folks would like to pay for an '05 with 100k, but it seems to have been built right without cutting corners. That being said... I would rather find one with no mods in the neighborhood of $15k and get it exactly how I want it.

Thanks for all of the advice. I don't have the stock system (never got it when I bought the truck.) Are there any filters that could replace the K&N, or is it probably better to just get a stock air intake and scrap the whole K&N setup?
