I believe the RPO for the gov-lok is simply G80. The 4.10 axle might be G84. And yes, in the glovebox.

That would be a great setup. For less money consider the Detroit Tru-Trac, gear driven LSD.

IdaSHO: yup, great tire but about halfway through their treadlife they sound like sirens.

RoyJ: that’s almost exactly what I run on same size Toyo AT2. ‘02 Silverado 2500HD longbed, 9200# GVW. I tend to follow the “half your normal street pressure” suggestion for average offroad/gravel/washboard conditions; lower in more “technical” terrain (which I try to avoid) or even lower in sand.

What size Mastercraft are you running? Considering 265/75-16 vs 255/85-16. My Toyo AT2s are beginning to drive me nuts with road noise.

By making it easy to remove I assume you mean the awning and not the canopy. Many have brackets that allow easy install/removal. On my original ARB I used simple L-brackets from HD. My Batwing uses their own brackets. Proviso: the Batwing is considerably heavier than the ARB.

I ran a cab-hi Snugtop with an awning, no tent but other gear up on top without drama. Same specs. Not sure about ARE though. IMO it’s the flexing of the canopy via the bed that causes the majority of the issues. On my short bed Dodge/ Snugtop it wasn’t an issue. With my longbed Chevy and taller...

275/70-18 is just shy of 11” wide but 33” tall. Saw a set on a slightly raised Colorado the other day...nice combo. Less than 50#? That may be difficult, at least in an LT LR-E.
