    Really BRIGHT lights

I'd imagine pretty close. From what I can tell, these ARB lights are produced by RI so the optics/output should be extremely similar

    Lighting set-ups: HID vs. LED

I haven't really set up a budget yet. This is still sort of in the planning phase and it will be an on going process as I don't have the capital to do it all at once. I will be doing the font bumper first, for sure. I hit a deer the other day on my way into work and it really got me thinking...

    Lighting set-ups: HID vs. LED

O.K. so I have a feeling this may turn into a bit of a debate, which is not my intention, but I am looking to start lighting up the night with my rig and am wondering the best direction to take. I am planning on running lights on both my ARB and eventually a full length roof rack. I have run HID...

Tech ?. Warn 9.5xp not spooling in or out...just clicking from the solenoid

So I replaced my winch line today and when I went to re-spool the new line onto the drum, I made it maybe 2/3's-3/4's the way in, taking breaks to let it cool down every 20 seconds or so, and it just stopped. After letting it take a break for a couple of minutes, I went to spool the rest of the...

Sadly, time for the 3rd gen runner to find a new home

with the extra size, airbags and safety features of the 5th gen, the wife feels safer in the 5th. plus the KDSS makes for a much more sound on road experience. the extra back seat room is also a huge plus as well.

'01 Toyota 4runner sr5, TRD SC, modified and expo ready!

It does not have a winch. Were I not selling it, a winch and sliders were to be my next mods, done probably by the end of this month. I was going to do a smittybuilt 10k pounder with synth line. As for the locker, I believe it was an option this year...maybe on the limiteds? However my...

Sadly, time for the 3rd gen runner to find a new home

It is with a very heavy heart that I say that I am selling my 3rd gen. After speaking to the wife, we decided that it may be best to get into something a bit newer, larger and maybe a bit safer. I have found a '10 5th gen trail that I think fits the bill perfectly but I cannot afford 2 car...

Tentatively soldI'll update the thread if things change Sadly it's time to move on from my 3rd gen to a 5th. I love this truck and I will be extremely sad to see it go. If I could afford to keep it and a new truck, I would. Help me get him into a new home. I have spent the last 3 years...

    Mean Green Alts

So I went to install my MG alt today and realized that Man-A Fre sent me the wrong unit (easy mistake, the part numbers were almost exactly the same). I contacted Mean Green directly to figure out what to do. The customer service was incredible. Such friendly people and so eager to make...
