Don't you go bringing up your completely sensible opinions here! :D
I believe the closest comparison to the Smitty, including size and features, is the Kukenam Sky. Both are listed as 600D ripstop polyester.
In fact, I can find only 3 real differences:
The Tepui has no-see-um mesh while...

I understand the sentiment displayed by the rep at the first company, but not the animosity. Everyone wants the most for their money.
As a craftsman myself, I understand the process of delivering a product the customers ask for, with a guarantee, and for the quoted price - end of story. I...
This trailer was originally constructed by my mom's father back in 1955. It had new lumber installed in about 1994 by my dad and uncle, and then my uncle used it around his ranch for the next 20 years. He passed away a couple years ago, and the trailer's been passed along to me. It hadn't...

I like the stainless pint cups. They are basically indestructible and I like having something that could be used to boil water in if it came down to that.
I bought one from REI but lost it at work somewhere. A few months later, Klean Kanteen had a sale, so I bought a 4-pack. Haven't lost any...
