2012 E250 4.6L
$20,500 US
15,500 miles
4.6L
2009 E350 5.4L
$18,900 US
34,100 Miles
5.4L
Both look like they are short wheelbase.
4x4 Conversion in the fall, so is that a deciding factor on the 250 vs 350 or 4.6 vs 5.4?
Yes, the prices are probably crazy wrt locations XYZ and year...
Found a truck I am interested in, but the guy says the PCM is mafled and so it is running rough.
I tried searching, but don't really see a clear answer. Lots of ECM but not PCM, not clear answer if the part is readily available.
Is this an expensive thing to fix?
Thanks
JM
So I see now, in searching this there is a third option.
Regular Truck or Regular Truck Box Delete vs Chassis cab.
Is there a way to tell which is which when looking at a flatbed? I doubt these used car guys will know.
I can't for life of me find the thread where someone mentioned a difference in the frames of these two types of vehicles. One I believe was a box frame, more rigid say, than the other.
I was wondering if this also applies to the E-Series or Express Vans vs Cutaways of those vehicles...
Was looking at getting a Garmin GPS/messenger.
It seems when I am hiking, where I am going I get nothing on my phone for GPS.
Will a Garmin have the same problem or do they get better reception?
Do some have better GPS reception than others? Say inreachmini vs montana700i
Thanks
Have you ever considered that.... one day we will run out of Econolines?
These parts it's pretty hard to find one with less than 200K km on it.
They do pop up... but it would be nice if someone made an affordable van body for the cutaways.
