I'm impressed you got the rear sway bar out without cutting it. There was no way mine was coming off without more disassembly than I wanted to do. In any case, I had no delusions about putting it back so I figured I may as well just cut it.

If anything, the extra rotating weight will only make a noticeable difference in stop and go driving. Once you're up to speed, very little energy, comparably speaking, is needed to keep it there.

I'm pretty sure they're aftermarket. Here's a pic so you can verify for me: It looks like the plastic grill above the skidplate was modified (pretty cleanly) to fit them They weren't too bad to change out. The lens is held in with little metal clips that pop right off with a screwdriver.
