Danner Mountain Light II - An on-going review

I was away for work this week, so I didn't get to see how the Obenaufs soaked in to the boots. They were almost completely dry after the 3/4 days I was away, couple spots still had a little liquid. The leather feels more supple and rich compared to the Danner stuff I had been using, but...

Danner Mountain Light II - An on-going review

Went off-roading with my brother yesterday and wore the danners for 12 plus hours in some pretty rough, wet terrain. Still happy with these and feel very comfortable. The top of my Achilles was a little tender this morning when I put them back on but no blisters. Gave them a little TLC...

    Who uses an Indel-B refrigerator?

That's for the 41. The 51 is taller. With the 41 I figure you could squeeze in 12 bottles. Don't leave much room for food but with that much wine who needs food

Return to Bald Eagle State Forest - Victoria Day Weekend - May 2014

We cruised around for an hour or two, nothing technically difficult nor any spectacular views but we had a great time chatting back and forth on the walkie talkies and just enjoying the fresh spring mountain air. These next few pictures were up Red Gobbler Trail, it was a dead end (private...

Return to Bald Eagle State Forest - Victoria Day Weekend - May 2014

This was my first ever geo-cache, it was located just around the bend from the railroad tunnel. We didnt get any pictures because we were having too much fun but it was about 50 feet up a scree slope. We looked for 15 or 20 minutes without finding it so we read the clue. It simply said "look...

    Xterra question (newb)

If you had it in 4LO and puhed the throttle as if n 2HI and let go it would "buck" and feel as if an unexperienced manual driver. It has a 2:1 reduction o it will be more entivie, especially driving on pavement and if you aren't used to it.
