I have the FR drawers and the cub boxes fit in the larger of the two drawers but I did not get the wolf boxes, too big. Best to make a mock up using cardboard first even if you can't get anyone close to you to let you use theirs. I found better boxes at the Container Store for less, also Costco...

I use the aluminum version of the Marston mats and have fabricated angle iron runners to put them under my FR roof rack. They stay there and are not a hindrance to on the rack.
