    RTTs on Fiberglass toppers.

When i was shopping around, the ARE brochure for for the Frontier had pictures of a standard cap with a RTT installed...so i felt fairly confident it would work fine.

    Goodyear MTR Kevlar current opinions

interesting tire size. I'd like to know what they weigh, especially compared to the BFG. Do your BFGs measure about 32.5" installed? So figured hte Goodyears would measure around 33"?

    RTTs on Fiberglass toppers.

ARE CX topper on my Frontier. Ordered it with the roof rails/cross bars. Used it a ton with my hardshell RTT. Offroad all around colorado and the mountains here. No issues at all. No extra support required. Best mod for the truck.

Switching my life to "not Jeans". Can I get some recomendations for good NON JEANS

I agree on this one. I have a few pair. I wear them for work, hiking or under my moto gear. The stitching is a bit weak, but they seem to keep the good bits nice and cool. Especially for the price, hard to complain

    Kootenay's Pro4X Frontier

Same. i tow frequently, so i need the receiver but keep thinking of at least cutting some of that sheetmetal piece on either side that bends everytime it hits

    Kootenay's Pro4X Frontier

Please keep us updated on the Coastal Bumper. I have an ARB rear like you. I like the way it looks, but drags often off road, i've been looking for a high clearance rear bumper.

    RTT Towing MPG.....My Results

it doesn't take much. I tow the same 5x8 utility trailer with a Nissan Frontier and a Ford Edge. The extra 2 tires on the ground and the weight (i'm usually only around the 1000-1200 pound range) can really be felt in both vehicles. Mileage drops quickly, as noted, especially above 55-60mph.

2000 Frontier (Supercharged) Build and Adventures - Babe the Blue Ox

Looks like a great time! I will mention, losing the front sway bar also smooths the ride, particularly on rough/dirt roads. I took my sway bar off my frontier when i went to the OME suspension, but i do really feel it when loaded with the RTT.

2020 Rubicon Special Edition Recon...Coming Soon to A Dealer Near You

I have nothing much to contribute on the Recon aspect, but i had rental Sahara Unlimited 2.0t. Picked it up with 600 miles on the clock. I was very pleasantly surprised. Motor ran very well, great torque in the mid range. Trans shifted nicely. I ran it pretty hard for 600-700 miles, ended...

HELP! Did I buy the wrong truck? GVWR Concerns (02 Frontier CC LB V6)

Just drive the damned thing and don't worry so much. Engine, trans, diff, axles are all reliable and are much more loaded in many other people's applications without issue. Monitor temps for engine and trans (if it's an auto) and go on. Frame strength isn't really an issue as long as you are...

    Nissan Photos - post your's

Gotta agree. I think sometimes of moving up to something larger or going back to a Jeep. But i drive the Frontier again and i'm very happy with the way it performs and drives. Leaves me very little to complain about.

Welcome to the new Mid Size section!

To be fair...essentially any truck being driven in N/A will probably be a "domestic". Mexico gets some better options, but up here all Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Suzuki, etc trucks were built in N/A for the N/A market. That's a great looking Amarok!

    F150 Ecoboost overheating offroad

No mechanical fan on the new f150s. Are the electric fans coming on when you are seeing those temps? Do you have the towing package? I thought they came with an air to oil cooler. As mentioned, your coolant temps are probably around 220-230F at that time, about normal for these newer...

Towing with a 2 Door JL

Do you know how to drive with a trailer, and drive sanely? Is your trailer set up correctly? Then you'll be just fine. A 2dr wrangler is not a 1 ton truck, so do not plan to drive it like one. I've had 2 2Dr JK rubicons, both manual transmissions. 1st had the 3.8 and completely stock, 2nd...

    2018 Honda CRF250L Build - in progress

Awesome! I have 250L as well. I enjoy the little bike. Planning a bit of a trip on it this year, might use some of the same mods. Anything you'd do different with it?
