Just throwing my truck in for reference,
I am on 275k miles, timing belt number 2 and water pump number 2, radiator was replaced at 110k when the dealership popped it on accident and just started showing leaks near the top where the metal and plastic meet (165k miles on current rad). I have...
I have always wanted to buy a rclb and an acsb and swap back halfs on them to make an aclb and rcsb tundra. an 05-06 with the higher hp motor and better trans would be a hoot. At one point my acsb was weighed at 4444lb with a half tank of gas, me in it, no spare tire and no tailgate. a rcsb...
I am about to paint my truck with this

In the Steel Gray color. I have sprayed it before and its very durable and super forgiving. Cheap too.
If you are still looking for wheel spacers let me know, I have a pair of...
I think that was where I got my hardware. Their website was a huge pain to use and kept locking up when switching part sections.

My thoughts as well, I have OEM AISN hubs and OEM wheel bearings. Axles are kind of tricky, on a tundra you are supposed to use the tundra inners and taco outers which means the internal spline count has to match between the two. Rumor is that the aftermarket ones dont all match, I can't confirm...
I actually ordered a full hub set (inner with bearings and bronze pieces you can't get anymore) for like $100 on ebay. Surprisingly cheap. I went OEM on the rest of the parts though, all the studs, pins, gaskets, etc.

I just got done bolting my new 4wd transmission and j-shift transfer case into my 01 2wd tundra this past weekend. I got the T case for $150 and the trans for $230 shipped. I picked up a front diff for $130 and a limited slip for the front for $150 and manual hub spindles for $200.
I figure I...
Rebuilding them really isnt that bad, shock oil is cheap, the seal kits are like $30 bucks, and the pin spanner is also inexpensive. On my DR shocks I swapped the needle fill valve out for a standard shrader valve and put new shafts, seals, and oil in for like $200. It was only that much because...
I only mentioned retrofitting since the aftermarket housings have garbage light output compared to OEM.
If you cheap out on the housings be prepared to spend to get the output back.

FYI the TC hardware/slug adapters will hit the uniball cup if you use them on camburg arms. The Camburg adapters push the uniball further up (vertically) from the spindle than the TC ones do.

They are, go oem for sure, these fit like crap. The cams on my 01 have probably 1/4" of play in the slot. The inner sleeve is too short as well which lets the pivot shift rather than riding on the edge like the oem setup does.
