FWIW, I have a 2nd Gen Montero. They came with 15x 6 to 7 standard. These fit toyotas as far as the center and bolt pattern go(not sure about brake clearance). Don't know if a 15 inch rim will work for you, but it is more rubber to have greater side wall flex therefore increasing traction. You...
That's a bit pricey but I did just score a Logan's winch bumper from a cherokee Honestly, that isn't bad. I'm sure he left some wriggle room for the price though.
You know the old saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"? If what you have on there know is working, I don't see a reason to change it. If you want to air down a bit, My guess is that a 31 would probably suffice without costing much more in terms of money or the performance that you are used to.

He has a point there OJ. Why did Optima leave America and source labor from other countries? I know it's for the shareholders, but what does a Rep have to say about it? Why did I serve in the US Army and defend the American people from tyranny and terrorism as well as help foreign countries...
"BTW, you know what Pajero means in Spanish right?"
Only European Spanish. Over here it either means jungle cat or it's an unknown word. Tell you what, I keep the "Pajero" on my hood and you put "Tranny" on yours. Deal?
That's right a winch that I can use on my new winch bumper. I don't need a $1000 Warn winch though. Just a nice working winch with all parts. I have $150 bucks for one. So if you have a winch but need the money, let me know.
EDIT Found one and installed it today. Got a 9000lb Winch with a 2...
Awesome!! See guys Snorkel=Wife..... Wait a minute, maybe I don't need a snorkel after all. lol Okay, seriously though I think that's cool and yeah, I need a smile too. Hopefully no one will call it a gay hand though. :)
On topic about the Gen 3 though. You should notice that the Mitsu is a very well mannered rig compared to the 4 runner. IMHO a much more family friendly vehicle as far as comfort and space.
