Pop your head under the dash right above tunnel and next to the gas pedal. Check to make sure the blend door arms aren't broke. its pretty common on them. At least that has been the theme with all TJs I have owned when the blend stops working. Some guys have found the switch to be the issue...

That's a Synergy Baja Basket. I've been running one in a couple TJs, they work great with 2 people and gear. Makes the ice chest accessible and stow the rest of the gear above or below.

We came out with this a few years ago. Im only about 5'-7 and its a snug fit in the back. Hopefully one of these days it will go into production. But gives you an idea.

The ones on the back of the B pillar? I would assume directly over them quit a bit vertically. The side loading will probably fold them over. I suspect adding leverage to them will kill them quick also. That basket above will carry a couple of hundred pounds using those tube clamps. You mght...
