I went with 4 for the extra security. I want to make sure I have 2 good support points whichever way the trailer is leaning towards. I hear your concerns about the frame. A bubble level is a must in order to "dial" them in.

I still have to build my Chuck Box, yours is the Cadillac of Kitchens :)

Rims and tires are on.
The rims are 17", the tires 33x12.50
I also swapped the Torflex axle I had, for a 3500lb spring axle with brakes (not yet connected)
I will post some pictures of the axle later......

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pictures. Windows and stabilizing jacks were installed.
"Walk on" fenders were fabbed from Diamond plate with steel tubes as reinforcement underneath....solid!

Floor is done for now. I use linoleum squares from Home Depot.
They are thick and self adhesive....good quality and cheap too!
A hitch was also added in the back.

More pictures coming!

Camping at Lake Berryesa on Memorial day weekend....with "The Penthouse" installed.
I have to say the BEST thing so far about this trailer has been adding all 4 stabilizing jacks.
Seriously it makes the trailer amazingly stable. It does not wobble....It does not move at all!

We had a great time!

looking really good man!!

I'm wanting to build something kinda like it. but got to learn to weld good first.(looking at a class this fall) but i thought about buying something like you did. but i want something to custom, and think i'm just better off starting from scratch. maybe independent air bag for suspension set up. brakes, power. a roof rack. I would like to be able to use it for anything at any time. from just hauling stuff or moving stuff. long road trips, hunting, camping, wheeling. I will have 2 windows in it though, and side doors like you have. all sides and roof will be insulated. probably wont put an AC/heat in at first.

I am not a fan of bling bling!
So I decided to paint the Fenders.
Besides the amount of sun reflection from them was unbearable.
