Not as cool as your 300tdi Disco though.

Do you have any recent updates on the conversion?

the update is. motor / trans is back in, i am waiting for the drive shafts to arive, and rover is ready for adventure again.

i have been using my H1 for travel last few months, but its time to get back to my rover i even moved the tent from the rover to H1, but this week everything is going back into its place

I MISS MY ROVER,.

I was doing the math for the final ratio it is between 1500 1600 rpm if it have the .50 6th gear .
I am also waiting to see when driving 100km what the fuel economy will be and how it handles .

i actually don't use the first gear to take off, it has power to take off on second, by tomorrow i will get my RPM gauge and i will see what rpm i am running, and i will have the interior work started ,

very close sir, 75 mph at 1720 rpm , :)

( VS BEFORE AT 2600 RPM )

i LOVEEEEEEEEE THE WAY IT DRIVES NOW, exelent gas milage 50% less noise and heat ,

6th gear is almost not needed unless i go over 70, shifts very smooth . and water temp is at minimum .
