Hey, I think I saw an older version of that van, being used as part of the Sunrise EMS group here. Pretty neat. At least, it looks similar!

I've probably read this complete thread 3-4 times now - it's a great read for any Taco owner.

About that 33" spare under the bed - have you had any issues with the heat generated from the exhaust melting the tire rubber? That was my biggest concern, and the reason mine's in the bed right now.

I know on my 04, the exhaust is around 1 3/8" away, and has never been an issue. Not sure if the 05+ is closer or not
