e-locker gasket?

my '99 4Runner is leaking pretty badly from the bottom bolt of the e locker actuator motor. Is there a gasket on these things that may have gone bad?

I always use rtv and they never leak .

Yes, there is a paper gasket. I also use a very thin coating of RTV on both sides.

I've never reinstalled paper gaskets. Just use Toyota FIPG and not worry. The new truck diff actuators are all assemembled with FIPG.
