First trailer build!

Added some handles for my front fold down doors. And some stoppers that will have holes drilled with 550 paracord as the drop gate cord.

Love the wheels wells, can't wait till they are skinned. Wish I had a break so I could bend them to look really nice.

Some more work done today setting up the sheet for the wells. I started with forming the top of the well and bent over the edge on the down side. I figured it would be a better seal that way.

Got a bunch more work done today. Finished sheeting the top added some extra cross members for support. Happy with the welds and how they came out.

Also finished up the wheel wells PITA had to take the box off.

Still have to finish sheeting the back I do not have a piece big enough to make it one whole piece. Oh well I'll make do!

I do have a question the top bubbled (I'm sure due to being an amateur) how do I fix it?

Now to seal it all. One wish I wish i had made the box wider!

Well got some more work done today. Made a handle for the lid to lift up, did a like rust inhibitor paint and some color sanding. Added para cord for the drop down doors. And sealed the box with PL premium.

She is getting there just got to order the raptor liner for the paint. I have had good luck with that before on my trucks beds.

Some more work today with the toggle latches found them on amazon for $2.25.

Some more work today. Sheeted the back of the trailer today not all done tacking it in place but close. Didn't have one whole piece that size so I had to make due.




Now I need to work on figuring out how to lock the doors for security.

What are you estimating this trailer to weigh empty?

Seeing that I can still almost dead lift it from the back id say right now it around 400-600 area ball park.

Finish tacking the back along with adding mini handle and two toggle latches. Now I need to fashion a lock. For all doors and opening parts. I have some ideas pictures to come.

I added some flooring on the inside today of the trailer. It was the square plastic tool shop interlocking stuff. Had to do some cutting but it looks nice. Also decided to prime the beast myself.
