Love that tent set up. Did you ever have any luck selling it or do you still have it? That's my next mod hopefully before the end of the summer- rooftop tent mounts and tent. Slowly but surely mod by mod, lol. Shot these via cell phone a week ago. Met up with another member from a Hummer forum from Ft Bragg NC to swap some parts and check out the T's.

That's Jay and his truck on the left. He's a great guy. We met up, but never got the chance to wheel with him. Unfortunately he is no longer at Bragg. He's at Fort Hood in Texas.

BTW Beachbum, that's a sick looking T!!!!

Thanks, means a lot coming from you and you're ride Recon. We all have become dehydrated at least once as a result of over drooling after going through you're pics/articles, lol. Jay said he had met you and got a chance to check out you're 3. Great guy. Fortunate to have men like him in uniform. He left two days after the pics, cut it close on our meet, lol. Already had everything I sold him mounted for the trip before, lol, motor pool access is a plus. How's the 3 holding up these days? Any changes? Been anywhere really cool with it lately or been too busy?

That top pic TXH3T looks like it should be on the H3T sales brochure!!
Thanks haha I was hoping to slide that into the calendar contest for H40 but sadly I couldnt beat some awesome competitors photos. I actually did sell the tent to BigUnit on H40 but I am not sure if he has mounted it yet. I miss it terribly to be honest. I only sold it since I thought the T had to be sold this summer to help save gas next year. Ill now be riding my bike to school and work every day to be able to keep my baby :bike_rider:

Yes you can I have the I-5 engine with the ADV package. It includes the lockers 33" tires and 4/1 gearing. All the H3s have rear lockers though (to my knowledge I'm not positive)

Beachbum or Recon maybe yall can chime in on that

Yes. Jay is an example to follow. I haven't wheeled in a long time. I have some 40" Swampers waiting for me as my next evolution. I spent quite a few months adjusting axle placement and measuring to see how big I could go. I'm going to have to regear too. East Coast Gear Supply already said they would hook me up with the 5.38s. Unfortunately I'm overseas and won't be able to do any of this till I get back.

Redrover: I was the guy you met on rowher flats trail at the beginning of your expedition. I was the guy in the black H3 with the 2 jeeps, don't know if you remember but we were searching for a bronco that got lost on the trail so we were up there trying to find him.

To answer your question. 09 and 2010 H3T's should have front and rear lockers with a 4:1 T/case as long as its an adventure, IIRC, it doesn't matter if its an Alpha or I5.

The H3 with lockers front and back is a very capable off road truck. In fact I feel its better than an H1 (OVER ALL). H1s are a great off road vehicles but are just to wide for many trails. The H3 on the other hand will fit just about any trail. To me that is what makes it better. I tried to find one with lockers but when they stopped building them I was a few days late starting my search. They could be had for very very little for what you were getting.

I really love my 3, they are rare on the trails. But thats why I like it so much, not your everyday run of the mill rig like so many of of the others. Just found this thread and have to say these are some nice looking hummers on here. Heres mine
