well, i hit a snag last night. i spent over 24 hours in the garage this weekend getting this thing back together (did i mention it was over 90 degrees and very humid), and when I went to take it for a spin, the damn thing will not come out of 4wd......I was too exhausted last night to look into it any further.

.......so tonight after work, I have to open up the transfercase again and see what I did wrong....hopefully something simple.....

well, it got me to work today.....still a few bugs to work out and a few more things to wire and install.

Lower Quarter guards on:

Warn TC skid on

CO2 tank mounted

fire extinguisher and mag light mounted

hood vents installed

I have the truss on my other XJ already. it's a very nice part at a decent price.....I added my own mounts to that one, though. Here's a few pics of that one:

Did you add your own mounts just to have a stronger attachment, or was it motivated by something else?
