Well this is the crewcab that one of the guys is building here at work on the weekends. There are some earlier build pics around on our thread somewhere but it sure looks a bit different now.. Last weekend he made a camper body for the back which the painter color matched to the cab yesterday. It's got soft sides and a bed and fridge inside. Very neat and importantly light so it's a piece of cake to lift off. I'll post some pics with the body on after it's first outing this coming weekend.
Not sure how the spare will be accessed though once the body is on. That'll need some more thought but it sure looks the part for now. Notice the neat stainless exhaust and snorkel.
The bullbar was salvaged from our old workshop Hilux which died a horrible death . The bar was the only part on the poor old Toyota that wasn't riddled with orange cancer. Looks like it was made especially for this Canter, heh?
