That looks fantastic!! 
Great job on the chassis and the lines of the box look great. I like how the nose box is intergrated with main camper box instead of being a seperate item. Very nice.
How are you attaching the box to the chassis?

There is 4 plates welded to the frame for suspension mounts ..it will be solidly attached yet isolated from the worst of the vibration. Easy to remove if ever needed.

Just an update to stay current. Been working on the exterior trying to get it where i want for paint. Needs one more coat of primer and it will be good to go. went from gray to red now back to gray.
Assembled the rear doors they been on my flat layup table for a few days now they are dead flat. did the same with side doors but used my table-saw for flat.
Tomorrow last of the primer and then on too paint.

Yes same as the YJ just finished spraying the base coat needs to dry for an hour or so and ill shoot the clear ... Pictures later

Got the pod painted over the week end it tuned out pretty good despite the bugs landing in my clear coat Color matched to my Jeep.

Fantastic build. I would normally not think a lot of wood walled trailer for off road, but with the effort you have put into this, and that logging trailer frame you have built, you should not have any problems. Most skimp on the frame and it destroys the trailer down the road. I used to build 20 foot car haulers with 2X4 box, most still on the road. Over kill is good, it is your friend. Only concern would be bouncing as the frame is so rigid. Be sure you go light on the axle, the trailer can not weigh over 750 pounds is my guess, and most of that is frame. If you over spring it it will bounce, just remove the leafs until your happy is my suggestion, or go with a torsion axle down the road and set the weight low.
Again, having built many off road trailers back in the day, wood was normally a key to failure, this one is not. Great job man.

Very nice job, bugs and all. I am glad you went Jeep Body Colour on this build, going to look awesome rolling behind the YJ. Cant wait to see it in person...need to drag my butt over there.
