How big will the mattress be? I'm 6'3" and I would like some extra wiggle room.

Fear not my friend. Stump is correct. I am a bit of a tall dude (6'6") as well. The sleeping quarters are the following in size:

Lower Main cabin: 60"x80" (basically a long queen size)
Upper sleeping area: 78"x63"

In addition to this, there is enough room inside to stand up in the main cabin.

That's an awesome trailer.
I do prefer flat top fenders. You may be able to balance your first frosty beverage on a round fender but......

4. Because of this modular design, I believe we can also offer each unit as a DIY Customer assembled version. Meaning, all the parts needed will come to the customer via freight shipping and will be ready for assembly. From the trailer frame to the tail lights, everything will be there.

I'm catching up with 17 pages of thread. I think the modular design could also allow you to offer an empty shell model; that's something I would like :drool:

Nothing major. We are finishing up hardware selections and vendors. Fully expecting that the prototype trailer frames get started next week.

Doesnt look like it is on a road so it must have made handled the off road just fine......... :ylsmoke:
