It was finally install day for the Ranger! Jay and crew are amazing and their workmanship is stunning. Wasn’t able to camp today but I did get to experience Flagstaff’s first snow of the year during the install.

It’s just 1” thick Owen’s Corning foam insulation board with fabric glued to it and friction fit in those voids, no interference with the bed sliding out.

Looks really good.

Pics of how the clamps look on your Chubby build? I’m having a chubby built for my GMC 2500 AT4 and would like to see how they connect to my bed. Wondering if it may be better to drill holes and bolt it because the clamps might interfere with my bed buildout. So I’d like to see how the clamps look. Thanks. Love the White with black look. So clean.

Clamps, rails, and location will vary by vehicle. Hopefully this helps though.

Not camper build related but KC's marketing team used my Ranger as a prototype vehicle to mount a Flex Era 20" light bar and Flex Era 3 ditch lights. Will be nice to see an OVRLND camper used in such a well know companies product marketing.

Currently in the process of insulating and have a question. Did you guys insulate the 2 front corners of the bed platform?

Drilled the first holes in the camper and added a Wolfbox G900 TriPro to assist with the loss of rear visibility.

Nice work adding the cameras F/R, that helps a ton. I did something similar to my truck.

Any reason you mounted the rear camera above the brake light?

From my experience, mounted that way at night, all you will see is the red LEDs.

Yeah, I just cut small pieces of the foam to fit.

My brake light is directly above a stud and did not want to drill through it for something this small.

Nope, and I added carpet tiles over all of the insulation, and my bed slides fine with no issues.

Looking for mattress opinions. OVRLND Foam vs Roam Rest vs Foambymail. Currently have a Nemo Roamer and it’s just not quite right for my back. Hest is out since they don’t make a size that would work.

I have an 11” cabover so looking at 4” mattress
